    Ignore Gent at desk, otherwise great stay
    Cleaning staff were amazing, and all other staff at counter. Facilities for children exceptional, indoor pool nice and warm, outdoor pools very lush, nice games room for kids. Amazing stay
    Just the original guy we met, looked very sad, asked him to smile, got a bit upset with me and said you should go where people smile, thought it Was quite rude to ve honest.

    Great hotel
    Spacious room, great pool area. Nice breakfast and cocktails. Love the old style detail like tiles and furniture. Fantastic value for money.
    It was all great, but it would have been nice if use of the safe had been included. (Ours had no lock in it, but we didn't enquire)

    Well equipped and good price.
    The pool was perfect, but saunas were not hot.
    The WiFi didn't work at all. The staff were helpful and sent a technician to fix it, but the signal was too weak and I couldn't use it.

    Great location, spacious apartment, great value
    We were pleasantly surprised when we checked it. The apartment was very spacious and although some of the furnishings were a little dated, everything was spotlessly clean. The balcony offered good views over the pool area and beyond. The pool area was spotless and well kept and had the benefit of a great snack bar. All the staff were friendly and could not do enough to help or answer questions. The cleaning staff are great, the apartment was cleaned daily with fresh towels, although some slightly bigger towels for the shower would be good. Would highly recommend this complex, always book a pool view apartment to avoid noise. Lots of restaurants close by and a large supermarket next door which sells everything.
