    The Alisios hotel is described as fabulous, with a perfect location and beautiful restaurant/bar with an ocean view. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, and the atmosphere is relaxing. (Read More)The rooms are clean with lovely bathrooms. The hotel is conveniently located close to the old town, with direct access to the beach. The food and drinks are great, although some guests had issues with uncomfortable beds. Overall, it is considered a fantastic hotel with great service.

    A bit dissapointed.
    Ocean views.
    We had a reservation for two nights and left after one night. The beds were very hard. We were told the morning of day two that they had a pad that could be placed on the bed to soften it. But why not tell guests this option upon checking in? We requested a partial refund but none given. In fairness, the Booking.com reservation I made was non refundable, so I understand this. There were also ants in our room. We did not bring cookies or any other food into our room.

    Location is great, easy walking to the city center and direct connection to the ocean Very friendly and helpful guy at the breakfast
    On the first morning lots ants turnes up in my room and although they changed my room immediately nobody said sorry or gave any compensation (like upgrading my room, etc.)

    The location is top, the view is beautiful. The staff is very friendly.
    Would be nice to have a good cappuccino or americano for breakfast. There is a personalised card with your name waiting for you at the room - which is a very nice gesture, but mine had a wrong name written on a used paper. :)

    Good breakfast selection. Exceptionally clean hotel. Great restaurant on the roof with fantastic views over the beach. Staff great. The detergent used on bedding and towels smells amazing and the extractor fans are near to the entrance, it smells lovely as you are walking up to the place!
    There was one man on reception who was a little rude to us. I've no idea why - we just assumed he was German as he was nice to all of our German friends, just not us. Oh well.
