Superb

You will feel like home

Its a nice stay and we will definitely be there again. Staff was so kind and helpful, rooms were nice and food was excellent

Only complain I have is there is no coconut water in the minibar or in the bar. I can recommend coconut water from quest food called Cononaut here in Poland.

Very poor

Walking distance to the city center

No cleaning for the first day, (we put out the cleaning please sign, but no one cared about it) Cleaning in all the hotel is poor, stains on the floor mat, etc Breakfast is okay, but a little bit boring.

Disappointing

If you find cheap rooms booked it otherwise...

It was clean.

Stuff in the kitchen would not speak english they also did not know the restaurant menu. The food was a disaster maybe good looking in the setup for instagram photos but taste and textures were off the grid and also very expensive... Breakfast was way below average as well. They would make me pay for my 4 year old kid the same amount as me, to go in the aqua park which it would be acceptable if the kid could play with at least half of the facilities that are offered in the aqua park, but if your kid is below 12 years old its almost not allowed to play with anything in the park, and this was not mentioned in the reception before paying for it. After 10pm if you haven't bought water of your own you are doomed to die of thirst or get out and get some snow to melt it into water.... for my good luck i found a manager at 10:15 before she get to finish her work and asked her for water, at first she went to the bar fridge but she told me is closed so no water, i asked is there anything near outside where i can go and buy (in minus 8 degrees outside temperature)? She told me no... so i asked what can i do to get some water then? And she offered me a glass of tab water, and i was like do i have to share this with the rest of my family? Thankfully she went by herself into the restaurant and brought me a jar of water....
