    You will feel like home
    Its a nice stay and we will definitely be there again. Staff was so kind and helpful, rooms were nice and food was excellent
    Only complain I have is there is no coconut water in the minibar or in the bar. I can recommend coconut water from quest food called Cononaut here in Poland.

    Walking distance to the city center
    No cleaning for the first day, (we put out the cleaning please sign, but no one cared about it) Cleaning in all the hotel is poor, stains on the floor mat, etc Breakfast is okay, but a little bit boring.

    If you find cheap rooms booked it otherwise...
    It was clean.
    Stuff in the kitchen would not speak english they also did not know the restaurant menu. The food was a disaster maybe good looking in the setup for instagram photos but taste and textures were off the grid and also very expensive... Breakfast was way below average as well. They would make me pay for my 4 year old kid the same amount as me, to go in the aqua park which it would be acceptable if the kid could play with at least half of the facilities that are offered in the aqua park, but if your kid is below 12 years old its almost not allowed to play with anything in the park, and this was not mentioned in the reception before paying for it. After 10pm if you haven't bought water of your own you are doomed to die of thirst or get out and get some snow to melt it into water.... for my good luck i found a manager at 10:15 before she get to finish her work and asked her for water, at first she went to the bar fridge but she told me is closed so no water, i asked is there anything near outside where i can go and buy (in minus 8 degrees outside temperature)? She told me no... so i asked what can i do to get some water then? And she offered me a glass of tab water, and i was like do i have to share this with the rest of my family? Thankfully she went by herself into the restaurant and brought me a jar of water....

    We hlave chosen it because of a thermal spa and big wellness. Nice pictures and detailed description. But only very small info in confirmation message about the order, that in the period we stay there it is closed due to technical issues. Of course we did not notice it when order confirmation come.

    Staff very nice and helpful restaurant was very clean and nice breakfast
    Room could be a bit cleaner as 1 pillow cover we found dirty on arrival (probably did not clean well during wash and person who put it on pillow did not see that was dirty.) These things happen sometimes.

    Great hotel with direct access to the aquapark
    Great location with direct access to the aquapark. The food is great and plentiful. Friendly and helpful staff. The spa part of the hotel is also adequate. The rooms are extremely clean.
    The bed was a bit uncomfortable, there were 2 mattresses next to each other that kept sliding apart, so there was always a hole in the middle of the bed. Parking is not included in the price, the daily rate is a bit much, and it makes no difference whether you park in front of the hotel or in an underground car park. Also, the daily fee is charged even if you leave the hotel at 10am on the last day.

    Nice place for once.
    Its a modern and stylish hotel, nicely furnished, next to termal baths. Great food and variety at both breakfast and dinner. Very helpful staff. Termal baths are great, with nice access from hotel.
    It rised the expectation, but small things can be annoying. Regular rooms are too small for families. Elevators are slow and does not recognize directions - you call it down, get in and goes up. Very small Spa. Look at your package when you book, as you need to pay for both parking and termal baths. Cleaning is on demand. Restaurant is too small if hotel is full. Small things, as I wrote

    The food at this hotel is absolutely amazing! Every meal, be it breakfast, lunch, or dinner, was outstanding. Fresh ingredients and beautiful food presentation never ceased to amaze us. I will remember this hotel for its exceptional culinary experiences
    The mattresses on the beds were very uncomfortable, which resulted in unpleasant nights of sleep. Additionally, the beds were too small for a comfortable rest. Overall, it had a significant impact on my overall comfort and rest during the stay.
