It was clean and easy to find staff were friendly and helpful

The room was very small and was either too hot or too cold, the lifts were very temperamental. The description said it was Euralille but was in La Madeline

Very helpful staff, room and bathroom comfortable and practical, location very convenient for the tram (right outside the entrance) and not far from the Eurostar station.

Dissatisfied, disappointed & unclean.

Location

Cleanliness was not up to scratch, we booked on the basis this was an 8 out of 10 on booking.com, but I have scored a 5, others might give 6 at best. Staff were not welcoming, & we had hoped to gain information from them about the areas/things to do, but was obvious that wasnt in their remit! As a consequence we did not want to drink in the limited bar, or have breakfast so cannot comment on that, other than when we checked in (18:00) breakfast breads were still on show which didnt inspire confidence in the freshness. We had stains in our toilet & on pillowcase. No coffee making facilities either. We wont return!

Hotel needs updating

Good location tram stop outside hotel easy to get to centre of lille beds comfy breakfast good selection coffee and tea available in reception 24h room was small bathroom clean reception staff on arrival very friendly and helpful

Room was shabby needs updating carpet dirty furniture scuffed hole in duvet cover evening reception could not privide alcoholic beverages nothing open on Saturday evening to get a meal or drink had to go back into lille centre after a long day sightseeing wanted to just relax no options i would not choose this hotel again carpark was not easy to enter very tight opening sign not really visable took several attempts to find it
