    Everything is okay except the Cleaning Brush in the Toilet and if Microwave can be inside the room , it will be better

    Very nice hotel friendly staff, and handy for access to the Old Town and City Centre.
    Easy access from the A25 ample parking secure at night continental type breakfast, near the Metro only downside no dogs allowed on local transport.

    Great filling breakfast, amazing location to the centre, good parking, lovely staff members
    Had to wait for room to be cleaned when check in. But staff lovely about it, just took 2 hours past specified check in time

    Very happy overall with stay just a few pointers that need to be addressed as regards to seating .
    Clean tidy close to train station and metro that was extremely handy. Friendly staff room was always warm.
    Very noisy neighbours and we are non smokers but my daughter and son were wakened up through the night with the smell of smoke in their bathroom coming in through the ventialtion vent from someone elses room. It was bad. Rhere does not seem to be anyone lije security walking around to check on noise etc. I also thought the room could do with a couch or possibly 2 comfy chairs to sit on. You dont always want to sit or lie on the bed and there was inly 1 wooden seat to sit on.

    Simple, clean, comfortable, great staff. Fab shower. Short walk to Metro, twenty minute walk to a large shopping centre with an excellent supermarket. Excellent value for money.
    TV a bit ancient, coffee making facilities were very welcome if insubstantial.

    Campanile need to look at the standard achieved by Premier Inn and Travel Lodge to understand the standard now required

    Within yards of a main railway line so noisy Tired premises including a cracked toilet bowl Hairdryer didnt work
