    very pleasant thanks a lot
    it is so close to the city centre. staffs were very nice. so accommodating and flexible. we arrived early and let us park earlier and let us leave our bags safely at the reception. Thank you.
    we only stayed to sleep so its good enough for us really but maybe toilet/bathroom is a little small.

    So clean and friendly, great location!
    Such a friendly reception, nothing was too much trouble and everyones English was excellent. The location was great, very convenient for the train station and in the middle of the city. Leaving our luggage on our day of departure was a real bonus, and the Christmas market was just beautiful. We have already recommended this hotel to family and friends.
    The only small issue was being able to hear the plumbing in the rooms around us throughout our stay - it didnt wake us up in the night but was quite noticeable when we were awake

    The hotel is in the city centre. You can walk to every sight of the Lille. The place itself like 3 mins away from the railway station. Everything was very good, I like visiting Grand Hotel Lille, and next time I go to Lille, Ill stay in the hotel
    Door to the bathroom cannot be closed, there is no locker or smth. I was able to just push the door and locker mechanism allow me to open the door, please fix it (room 42)
