    Pleasant stay in a well renovated building with lots of interesting features.
    Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The walk into the city was manageable but could be too long for the less fit. The parking at the hotel was extremely secure being behind a gate with a keypad for opening.

    Theres free closed parking lot for guests but the hotel cant guarantee that there will be space upon arrival. The hotel was quite homey and the staff very friendly. If youre coming by car this is the perfect stay for a great value.
    The bathroom was quite smelly due to the wooden floors.

    We would use this hotel again for a stopover en route or even a long weekend.
    The location was good, just a 30 minute walk to the Old Town. We were able to park on-site whichbwas re-assuring. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.
    Our room backed onto the outside courtyard so there was a little noise from guests of the restaurant taking a smoking break. There was also a broken door to the store which was banging in the wind.

    Amazingly well cared for old building on the edge of Lille city centre in a quiet part of town. Gorgeously grand entrance-way and Hall, and impressive staircase. Nice room, quiet, good facilities. Really friendly staff too Good having private gated car park in the city centre too.
    Didn't eat, prices very expensive.

    Beautiful rooms, spacious, clean and neat. We needed the parking option and this was in a good location for where we needed to go. Staff were super helpful.
    Coffee at breakfast not so great...but the options for breakfast were good.

    Good stay but trying a sharp practice
    The facilities and location are great
    I booked to pay at the property. Before my arrival they threatened that unless I prepaid the booking they would cancel it. The threat was withdrawn only when I complained and told them I would stay elsewhere. Beware of this hotel.

    Comfortable room. Very nice staff.
    Location is a brisk 30 mins walk from the city centre. They didnt much left for breakfast and didnt want to top up the missing items.
