Good value, great parking, good night's sleep

Great spacious rooms, modern decor, comfy beds. Friendly check in. Check out time is 12:00 which is great.

Location was good

Very unprofessional and unwelcoming staff. Had a man trying to force entry into my room while I was undressed, I was also verbally abused by another guest and staff done nothing to make us feel safe. After my stay the hotel sent a very nasty message to me regarding a mistaken phone call.

Great location with friendly professional staff clean and comfortable room.

Excellent location being only 15 minute train ride to Lille. Wonderful restaurant in same building. Car park was just great and room and staff fantastic. Very impressed with security level both in hotel and car park. Would highly recommend if you want to visit Lille.

Always be cheaper.

Great hotel with great facilities!

Relatively simple to find, great parking facilities under ground. Staff lovely/helpful at reception. Room very comfortable and spotless. Extra pillows and generous tea/coffee facilities. Great room towards front of hotel and although there is some street noise it was not loud enough to keep us awake. Thank you

Good hotel but location outside Lille

Very good hotel, however was not located where we thought it would be, I.e nearby the beffroi in Lille. It was in Loos, in Lilles neighbourhood. This may have been the result of the search engine of Booking.com. The hotel came first after a search for hotels in Lille ( not in Loos). Be careful !
