    Nice hotel in a very overpriced country!
    The hotel is very n8ce and has all the emanities of a 4+ hotel, even for disable or handicapped people. We decided to stay 1 extra night, and the staff accommodated us immediately. It is close to Interlaken Ost station, from where we could go to all mountains with trains and cable cars.
    Switzerland is ridiculously expensive! A simple 2-star meal quickly is 50+ or 100+. The train Tickets, especially the short called car ride to Jungfrau peak is 150+! Even though the hotel was very nice, I will not be coming back to Switzerland. It is simply not worth it. Cities are very boring and everything is way too expensive, even for the Swiss making Swiss salaries. It is simply a rip-off!!!

    Location, staff, cleanliness, rooms size, view, services.
    Bibliobar . sorry. But it is really inconvinient come out if the room in early morning to take hot water for cofee n tea. But its ok. I managed. No other possibility. Another thing was that breakfast was not so very rich compared to many other hotels in interlaken. I go to Swiss almost every year. N alk hotels serve really good breakfast like here in Artos dru fruits, and vegetables were missing. Whatever the food was served was good and fresh but items were really less. I am comparing with hotel Stella, linder grand beau, carlton europa, etc... breakfast is served really rich over there.

    Amazing experience for a first time solo traveler.
    The location : not far from the train station The staff members : super friendly and accommodating people. The room and the Mountain View The breakfast : large choices of food, the view from the dining hall. The bus ticket given by the property to take the bus free of charge. Amazing experience for a first time solo traveler.

    The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me and my boyfriend with figuring out the bus schedules. Our room was always clean when we returned. Having a bus pass from the hotel was an extra bonus that we both enjoyed.
