    Perfect hotel for Interlaken trip
    Spacious room, amazing breakfast, perfect location, and kind staff. Everything exceed our expectation. Even had our little private balcony

    Walking distance from the train station
    Close to the train station. Even though the property is a bit old, the rooms were quite nice and lovely. It had all the necessary amenities. The gentleman at the reception was super friendly and nice. :)

    Location is ideal and very near to Interlaken west station. Front desk and restaurant staffs are super friendly and they went extremely kind by offering us the tips of getting around the area. Rooms are spacious, top notch in cleanliness and it has modern design too. Breakfast menu is superb with variety of choices. Free coffee in lobby is great. The elevator to upper floors is really helpful. I will definitely choose this hotel again in my next trip to interlaken. The coffee tables just outside the lobby is super special for lounging. They have given great attention to the details.
    Please consider to provide a firmer pillow in the bed room.

    Great staffs, strategic location and close to everything.
    Extremely friendly and helpful staffs, especially Roger that helped my wife to book her paragliding reservation last minute. Located nearby the train station and close to shops.
    Rooms are relatively small.
