    Just lovely...
    Walkable to train station and main street. Breakfast was very nice. Free afternoon tea in the room by the lobby was a delight Staff were lovely.
    Pillows were a little uncomfortable First tea/coffee was provided in room on arrival but then you had to pay if you wanted more in your room.

    Very lovely and charming stay
    Very delicious breakfast and free afternoon tea and cake. Staff were very friendly. Room was nice with nice view through the window. Convenient and close to Interlaken west station

    The room was clean, but unfortunately, the bed wasn't very comfortable, impacting the quality of rest. Additionally, there was noticeable noise from nearby traffic in the morning. On a positive note, the breakfast offered was delightful, and the location, although a 15-minute walk from key spots, was decent. Overall, given the amenities provided for the price, it offered a fair value proposition.

    Everything sucked staff this one person she was rude check in was done around 420 pm heat didn't work in room ..it stinked there was mold in ceiling ..upu have to pay extra 5 franks if you need any extra tea or creamer .
