An ok hotel, nothing extraordinary.

Great location and a decent size room.

Nonexistent amenities, worn out towels, the thinnest comforter I've ever seen, heaters in the room barely working.

Exceptional

Fantastic location right in the old town just a moments walk to some of the main attractions.

Although the location is beautiful, bear in mind it sits between the town hall and St Mary's Church, both of which have bells that chime! This added to the charm for me but others may not agree. Ear plugs are supplied in the room.

Great location, friendly staff, easy check in and check out, comfortable warm room

Noise but I guess this was a price for the premium location, the mattress too soft for my liking, no decaff tea/coffee available

Don't use booking. com

Location

On booking this hotel I was sent an e mail and also a message from the hotel on the booking. Com site, where hackers had managed to gain access to all the guest deatils. I was then asked to pay by card again even though I had paid I had to secure the room. Which ended up the hackers taking 2 x payment again. I have been trying to get my money back hotel says it booking booking say it the hotel, I I was you avoid booking. Com and this hotel as there we us not secure,. Ps I am still awaiting my refund, I iam going to be interviewed by BBC and another wellknow British TV, let's see what this does to booking and hotel.
