Overall, the hotel does not meet the standards of a 3-star rating

One plus is a large grocery store right under the hotel. The breakfast is standard.

It all started when the hotel charged for the room twice, in the morning and in the evening, without any communication. When I noticed the double charge at the end of the day, I reached out to the administrator, and their response was that the initial charge was probably a mistake and would be refunded. And as I dont have polish credit card I lost small amount due to currency conversion. The windows of our room overlooked the railroad, which was quite noisy. Initially, we were assigned a room right next to the elevator, making it impossible to sleep due to the noise from the shaft. Despite many available rooms in the department, upon our request, we were relocated the next day to another room, which was significantly quieter. The first room was dirty. Here are a couple of photos from that room. Parking is available on both sides of the hotel: one shared with the store, the other shared with the store where large trucks come to unload.

Lovely rooms, lovely smell all across the hotel the food was great, so much choice for breakfast.

Single beds could be a little bigger, also, the single quilt is really small. You can still sleep in it, its good, it could just be a little bigger for a pregnant Guest it definitely was small.
