The size of the room definitely. An extra furniture to allow guests to unpack would be nice. With the closet available we had to keep our things in our suitcases

Nice hotel: you get what you pay for!

The location is simply awesome. You can walk to pretty much anywhere! The hotel is also across the street from a pharmacy which is quite good when traveling with a kid. Room was comfortable and decent. Nothing fancy but gets the job done. The hotel common areas are well-kept and clean. Breakfast is good but could use some variety. After a couple of days it gets boring. A suggestion would be to keep food on a chafing dish or similar because food gets cold and hard. Kudos to the guy that prepares the eggs, he does a wonderful job and always welcomes you with a smile! Bell boys, waiters/waitresses and cleaning staff where kind and attentive.

No air conditioner or fan in the rooms which we expected but didn't expect rooms to be so warm and noisy. You definitely *need* to open a window to let cold breeze in which then causes noise to come in and makes it hard to sleep. They don't replenish water bottles after the 1st night which is appalling. Even the cheapest hotel we've stayed in does that for free. Since I was having issues with my cc and traveling with a minor (plus arriving at 1am) I spent literally a week trying to communicate with them to pay in advance as I had agreed when booking. It took millions of emails + a local calling them on the phone for them to reply sending a link from a sketchy platform that didn't work. Then they never replied to my email and I had to just blindly arrive. Our cc worked but we were stressed by the whole thing We asked for laundry service which was great but they gave us the wrong price (had to pay twice as much when we CO) and had to basically chase them to deliver our clothes. There definitely seems to be a communication issue in the hotel.
