    Location is good as a base to visit other parts of the city, but if you go further north is nicer (but further). Breakfast was good and accommodating Cute terrace for breakfast Close to shops and supermarkets
    They charged us more when we arrived, said it was Colombian tax even though we are not Colombian residents Had to pay at reception then as they said it was compulsory Researched about it and the tax is ONLY FOR COLOMBIAN RESIDENTS, had to fill A LOT of paper work and I am STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND Not happy at all with he staff and management, obviously trying to keep some extra money by charging tax that was not applicable to us A few hotels tried to do this so be careful!!! Also the taxi I booked to pick us up from the airport from the hotel ended up charging more than agreed , he just took my card and tapped without telling me how much extra he charged Get an Uber instead, safe and cheaper!!!!

    Quiet place, located close to the Zona G and its nice restaurants. Good breakfast, nice district, nice personal.
    WiFi nowadays shall be increased. A 4MO is not sufficient to work properly. Many other places in Colombia offer up to 200 MO. To me, this point has to be improved.

    Great location and room but lack of customer service
    The location is great, close to main street but quiet. Rooms have good size and clean. Close to everything, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and much more
    We booked a king size bed for us and friends, however when we got there they only one king available, so the others two couples had to stay in double beds rooms, but we felt the front desk woman and the manager on duty did not try to help. Another issue was for two nights people were partying on the eight floor or roof, we stay on the 7th, we can sleep until midnight.

    The room was spacious and clean. The gym was satisfactory. The staff was welcoming and helpful.
    The WiFi was inconsistent. The breakfast didnt have many options that didnt include meat. The location is a mix. Its okay during the day, but felt sketchy at night.

    Great location and big room
    The property is nice and clean, friendly front desk, walking distance restaurants, supermarket, a main street for public transportation if you want to.
    we can not get king size bed, we have stay double beds rooms., front desk told us that the way Booking.com did the reservations despite we selected one bed rooms. For two nights, it was heavy party on the rooms above our rooms, we can not sleep until 2:30 midnight.
