    Great place to stay and explore Bogota!
    Location is great, easy access to many bus lines. Staff were efficient. Room design was contemporary, chic, and highly functional. Wide variety of items for breakfast.
    I generally wasnt acknowledged when coming and going.

    Location is good and hotel is clean
    Left the bag with my personal belongings which I came to pick up week later. The bag was severely damaged and some personal items were missing

    The location, and the friendliness of the staff who always tried their best to accommodate you. The hotel is good for a one or two-night stay when visiting Bogota as it is close to all main locations
    Outdated. It needs a refreshment. Gym is only a treadmill. The area can feel a bit sketchy during night. There is too much noise as it is located on a main road, but with the windows closed you barely hear anything. There is no AC. Breakfast is ok but bogota offers so much food and fruit diversity that it was really a disappointment to always get a very limited breakfast with only cheap industrial bread and only some options for eggs
