    Great value for money
    We stayed at Hotel Balm for 4 nights with our two kids. We loved the breakfast and walking area around the hotel with the small zoo. The bus stop is literally in front of the reception, and we could use the transportation for free. Great place to stay when visiting Luzerne.

    Great stay in Lucerne!
    Excellent location and welcoming staff members! It was clean and comfortable with an amazing breakfast! Friendly and pleasant staff always welcoming you as you enter from the front entrance. You also receive free public transport pass if you book a hotel stay in Lucerne. Good location with lake and city view! Free parking as a bonus!
    Needs modernisation and more plug outlets next to the bed.
