    Room was a bit tight, but only for me. May have problems with two in room. Windows only single glazing and caused condensation

    The hotel's location is good, close to the University and city centre. The rooms are of a good size.
    Check in was very long. The person at the front desk couldn't find my bookings. There was a lot of noise at night from with in the hotel and outside. The lack of plug sockets. There were only 2 sockets in the rooms and none near the bed. We were told breakfast was from 7am. We went at 7am and there were no staff there. Someone came at 7:30am. The choice of food was limited, 3 fruits, 2 cereals, muffins, flapjacks, orange juice, apple juice. Very disappointing!
