    It was a lovely stay.
    Its great location, very charme hotel. The staff very kind. The restaurant excellent.
    Too expensive the fee for the dog, no food provided.They should consider the breeder and the size. Our dog doesnt lose hair.

    A comfortable traditional hotel, convenient for the centre of Baden-Baden.
    Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient for the centre of Baden-Baden. Has EV charging points.
    Blind on Velux roof window wouldn't close and couldn't be fixed, though this wasn't a major problem in the depths of winter. Comfortable, traditional hotel; not the place for those who like only "Scandi" boutique hotels. Main stair carpet is worn; it probably gets used more than in many hotels as there is no lift to the upper floors.

    The location and the garden of the hotel.
    I did not like that I have not stayed at the main hotel buliding. Also the limited space of the breakfast area and limited variety of breakfast options. I will not recommend it for a 4 star hotel.

    Comfortable relaxing break in beautiful hotel.
    Nice comfortable room with balcony. Rained hard but obviously not the hotels fault . Roadworks noisy but again not their fault. The staff were polite and helpful. Nights were quiet. Good location for centre of town.
    I was in an annex building which made me feel a little detached from the beautiful main hotel and the stairway.

    Very friendly staff.
    Minimum facilities, no elevator, the afternoon tea was a disappointment.

    Great staff, kind, polite and efficient. The ancient building is very beautiful. Great location.
    No lift in the main building so we must be posted to the outside building.
