    Staff very friendly and supportive
    Poor accesibility, room very hot and noisy. For health reasons, we left one day prior to scheduled date and the hotel charged me an extra night. My mother is 97 years old and couldn't breath. I asked the hotel via chat in Whatsapp to refund the extra night and they didn't even respond back.

    Around the hotel were cheaper food and still good quality
    The room was to small with no air-conditioned. Two vans didn' t help. Two sleep with to tiny window open so u can get it a little cooler in the room didn,t help and early in the morning was to much noise.
