We arrived in Bhadgaon hotel after our 2 weeks trek in Himalayas, tired and eager to relax.
It was the perfect place! Only a few steps away from noisy old town of Bhaktapur, the nice building made of red stones and wood surrounded by garden, flowers and swimming pool, offers a quiet nest.
Welcome drink and wet towel, efficient, polite and friendly staff, we then discovered the big room: large double bed, stylish wooden furnitures, large bathroom, view on the mountains from the window.
After an intense day walking in the old streets of Bhaktapur, very noisy, dusty but still beautiful, it was relaxing to have a bath in the swimming pool then chill out on the sofas in the garden, drinking a refreshing cocktail.
And as we didnt want to get out again in the evening, we had dinner at the hotels restaurant: what a good idea! So good that we went the following day as well.
Menu is short but food is fresh, tasty and delicious.
We tried momos, curries, seasonal salad, grilled pork chops, Jujudhau and brownie.
Finally lets talk about the breakfast buffet: large choice of hot and cold dishes, exactly what you need for a good start in the day!
