    About This Property

    This enchanting, family-run hotel overlooks the Bay of Palma, nestling amongst pine trees and tropical gardens. Descend through these gardens to the rock-lined pools and the secluded beach below. At (Read More) the top of the Bon Sol you will find a Moorish tower offering amazing views across this picturesque bay in southern Majorca. From here, you can head down through the lush gardens, passing by the sun terraces, scenic swimming pools, spa facilities and down to the small, sandy beach on the Mediterranean Sea. Other great facilities include tennis courts and a winter conservatory. Inside, the Arabian-influenced decor, antique-style furniture and precious artwork combine to give the feel of a Medieval castle. This unique atmosphere is made more welcoming by the informal, family atmosphere.

    Beautiful, unique hotel with warm and friendly staff
    Beautiful quirky hotel! We really enjoyed our time by the pool, or in the piano bar playing chess when the weather wasnt so great. We went for the half board option and loved having dinner at the beach restaurant whilst Pablo serenaded us with his lovely music. We also took advantage of the babysitting services - thank you Claudia and Fani for entertaining our little one!
    I hadnt really thought about accessibility (getting around with a stroller) when booking. The hotel has stone staircases down to the pool/beach. We ended up leaving the stroller in the room and using a baby carrier to get around instead, which was ok for our short stay.

    Great space excellent staff, lovely sauna spa space, unfortunate it wasn't always working and not cleaned between visits
    Sauna didn't work, I told reception and asked to be informed when it did work, on checkout I was told it was working and the receptionist seemed unconcerned that a key facility was not available ; so very poor communication at times Breakfast- long queues for omelette, breakfast understaffed, orange juicer malfunctioning all 3 days and very messy,

    Loved breakfast! Christian was lovely - the bartender - give him a pay rise!!! Expensive hotel food. Room could have been a bit more modern.
    Dinner in the upstairs main restaurant was average for the price

    Relaxing and spoiled.
    A privately owned hotel that celebrated its 70th anniversary while we were there. Martin, the owner for the last forty years, can often been seen about the property speaking to guests, assisting the the restaurants and ensuring all is going well. The small but effectively private beach ensues safe bathing. The hotel consists of a number of separate units that have been added over the years. The word quirky is often used when describing it, but in a good way. The food at the various restaurants and bars top quality and served promptly.
    There wasnt anything to dislike. Illetas is bit out of the way but the No.4 bus stops outside property and for2 will take you to the centre of Palma. Reception will organise taxis if that is your preference.
