The hotel is very old, monotonous breakfasts, no champagne for breakfast, all extras extremely overpriced, in the spa center there are many things that do not work properly or are completely broken; the required temperature level in the saunas is not maintained

A very comfortable, beautiful hotel with excellent service.
Very nicely kept property in a beautiful setting with private garden and spa. Beautiful breakfast in the garden, appreciated the amenities like the pool. Recommend a room with a mountain view as you have a fantastic sight of Teide.
I was a solo traveller and brought my road bicycle to explore the island over 10 days. Hotel was very helpful in letting me store my bike in the room on the balcony, but you use an underground entrance with a missing door handle (so you depended on the concierge to go down and open the door from the inside) and the hotel's bike room does not seem secure enough to store an expensive road bike. Since I could store everything in my room I was fine and enjoyed my tours. Not a cyclist hotel, I was the only one and my feeling was they do not often have cyclists.
The location is somewhat complex: the hotel location itself is beautiful above the village, but you have to drive to get to a beach or the center of the village. Choice of restaurants in the closest vicinity is limited with a only few truly recommendable restaurants (not recommended: Da Arianna across the road...)

Loved everything , every little detail gone into the hotel.
The rooms got turned over twice a day so always super clean!
Breakfast was wonderful, staff were wonderful, free mini bus service from Hotel down to all the shops was a bonus and really handy! I loved how we got a chocolate by our bed at night and our slippers were laid out for us. Just perfect

The position. Some rooms have wooden floors, as recently renovated.
The rooms on the sounth side "with mountain view" have a partial mountain view, which should be clearer explained. A full mountain viwe as in the pictures have only the
rooms on the west. Road noise coud be heard. Very expensive drinks at the bar, even for a 5star hotel. Shower very small, not up to a 5star hotel.

Excellent spa.
No new guest drinks gathering. All cushions removed from rooms. Why? Very expensive yoga/ Pilates.

The Spa & Swimming pool are great. The Gym, The lounge, breakfast, were all great.
The staff were nice and professional.
The room is super clean and organized.
The balcony is cozy.
Everything works as it should.
