    A lovely hotel in a poor area.
    Lovely modern hotel with great facilities and a great buffet. Very close to the beach and lovely promenade by the beach and bay.
    The area around the property is very run down and lacking investment, especially the area around the awful Kasbah centre and the other derelict shopping centre. This whole area needs serious infrastructure development to bring it into the 21st century! One member of staff on reception seemed awkwardly unfriendly with me for some reason (!) but the rest of the staff were lovely, especially the staff in the restaurant area.

    Great and safe hotel for a few days away. The breakfast and dinner buffets are superb! Great staff!
    Very friendly staff throughout the hitel who made us very welcome. The room was very clean and the food was superb! We went with half board and so glad we did!
    The room was clean and a good size. I didnt like that we were quite as high up and that our room was out the back meaning we never ever got any sun into the room/balcony due to the location and orientation of the hotel.

    Very good breakfast and the pool area was nice,
    I did choose separate beds, which was an option when booking, but not rely an option on site, the painting in the room was flaking where the shower was and obviously a lot of water leaking there, big water poodles behind the painting the staff in the reception and cleaning was not very helpful or willing

    Great adult only hotel.
    Excellent location close to beach, bars and shops . Good public transport close by. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Food very good. Bar prices very reasonable for a hotel. Good gym and great pool plus roof terrace with spa pool.
    As with all holiday hotels they suffer from the inconsiderate who think they have the sole right to their personal sun loungers reserving very early and leaving unoccupied, other than by a towel, for hours. Some also believe restaurant dress code does not apply to them.

    Location is perfect with everything you need within the hotel or on the doorstep. Breakfast and dinner help yourself buffet is superb. Literally something for everyone. The pool is great with super comfortable lounges as it the rooftop area with private area. Room immaculate and clean and comfortable with nice balcony with amazing views to the sea, beach and strip. Fridge a bonus too.Would love to return asap lol. Special mention to the staff too who were all attentive and real genuine friendly.
    Some tea/coffe in the room would be nice. Lifts a little anxiety inducing but not to bad.

    The room was a decent size, the bed was really comfortable, perfect for one person! The pool facilities were incredible, staff were really friendly & accommodating. And the buffet offered for dinner was amazing, a great selection of foods!!
    There isn't much I can fault, maybe breakfast! But I'm not much of a breakfast person. Other than that everything was great!!

    Good hotel for amenities and location but in need of updating if it to retain its 4 star rating.
    The breakfast and pool area were exceptional as was the location for visiting the local amenities.
    Disappointed with the size of the room and general cleanliness of the room, bedding and towels were very old and in need of renewing. Given the cost of a deluxe sea view room it was not what we expected.

    A relaxing week in a decent quality / priced hotel
    Large rooms, good variety of tv channels, comfortable beds. Plenty of day beds (extremely comfortable) by pool, on roof terrace and separate nudist terrace. I especially likely the well equipped gym. Food was ok, buffet style, plenty of variety and adequate quality for a hotel of this style / size. Staff courteous and efficient. Large spar supermarket directly opposite hotel.
    Minor points: Small lifts. No free water / towels / disinfectant spray available when using gym.

    We had a really relaxing time, nice and quiet, peaceful throughout the day and the evening entertainment was enjoyable.
    The location, the pool, the food, the service, the staff.all top class.
    The only slight negative was the lifts. Long waits, not a lot the hotel can do about that I know.but as we were on the 3rd floor, we mostly used the stairs.

    It made me extremely unwell from all of the stress from arthritis
    The property is in a good location away from the noise from playa del ingles
    I have stayed many times at the hotel but NEVER AGAIN I paid for pool view room and that wasnt the case first night plug sockets not working in the ink sink blocked air conditioner not working and also paid extra for safe didnt work manager Mr Pedro extremely rude and unhelpful told me they needed more time to prepare. I have stayed many times as this hotel but never again it made me extremely unwell with arthritis from all of the stress staying here breakfast time I would go for breakfast staff extremely keen in removing my tea from my table before I got my breakfast Across the room. I had to keep nagging and nagging about things not working in the room extremely stressed out first night as passport and money in the room no safe working. I was also told I would get a free meal in the end they knocked off 40 euros from the people disgusting
