Awesome Property!

This is my exact Google review posted: My family and I had stayed at this property a few times when it was under a different name. Our experience this trip was phenomenal! The check in was a breeze, the staff ALWAYS says Good Morning, afternoon, evening, etc. The room was clean. The water pressure for the shower was incredibly strong. The mattress was, OMG, comfortable. I haven't slept over 8 straight hours in years and I slept 9 hours straight after we returned from the Queen Concert. They have a Security Guard on-site 24/7. It really made me feel good about leaving our car on the property while we were away. Make sure you book through their website if you plan on driving your own vehicle. The parking fee is $62/day plus SF tax but if you book on their site, you can get it cut in half. They offered me a discounted rate even though I booked it on Booking.com Overall, we had a great experience here. The property is close enough to Pier 39 and all the shops. I would and will definitely stay at this place again! I recommend this Hotel highly!!! Rooms: Very clean. Soft, comfy towels-and plenty of them. Quiet as well. We did NOT hear any of our neighbors-besides and above us.

Minutes away from the wharf and F&B option not good within hotel so you will have to get out and find better food ou

minutes away from Pier 39 and Fishermans Wharf.

No breakfast and restaurant option in the hotel. I choose city view expecting to see coit tower as per images and photos but was given facing towards the Wharf instead sine I can see the liquor shop in our view. Took me a while to check out as they seem to be not familiar with booking.com system and was distracted with phone and other guests chatting them.

Hotel was perfectly set up for our family of 4. Rooms were clean and we enjoyed the play area and bar, both conveniently located by each other. Ordering in worked really well and once we arrived home from big day excursions we were happy to stay in.
