    When we arrived, no one was really friendly, no one asked if we needed help with our luggage (four people, two suitcases each), the room was very dirty - I have photos of it to show. We had to ask for water and bathing slippers downstairs; in a four-star hotel they have to be in the room. When checking out the lady didn't even say goodbye. that was our first and last stay. In our bathroom there were towels hanging over the toilet and one had big brown stains on it that looked like ***, no apology given for that. When we arrived our bathroom was dirty, I mentioned it in the lobby. The housekeeper then came in our room and laughed and said that the stains on the stainless steel were oxidized stains. Afterwards she only discreetly removed the large stains in the bathtub. Curtain in the bathtub is made of fabric with stains - very unhygienic. You can hear what the person next to you in the hotelroom is talking about (we heard all of his conversations loudly in the evening) - at the valet service the employees are not attentive and unfriendly - "there's a lot going on right now, but you can just walk to the car yourself to get something out because we had ordered the car because we had forgotten to get some things out. is this how you treat customers? Parking is very expensive! $82 including tax PER DAY. I would rather stay in the hotels next door where the service is much better.

    Good, comfort stay
    Great gym, the rooms were spacious, food was very reasonably priced.
    Just the use of one lift and also dining area opposite the main front door made it cool when dining.

    I didnt get the room Ive booked which was king, even though I paid for it. They didnt reimburse me either since the booking was made through booking.com so be aware!

    Great location, absolutely no service. 3 small lifts. I change 3 times room to get proper view I wanted but the 3rd room
    Location is premium.
    4 start hotel without room service?! Terrible! Why do they charge for resort tax when there is absolutely no service?! Not even water in the room. No minibar. No room service. Nothing. Why deposite with credit card when no chance to spend any money? No toilateries in the room.

    simple, but great location
    What was great about this hotel is the distance to a hotel across the street where I attended an academic conference--but at a price that was about a third of the conference hotel! It was therefore extremely convenient to stay here.
    Not much to dislike--it was all very basic and minimal, but thats what I was willing to pay for and I had no need to spend any more time in the hotel anyhow.

    We enjoyed our stay
    We love the location of the hotel. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the city. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was simple, but good quality. The people who worked in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful.
    The room was too warm. The check-in was bumpy because they didnt seem to believe us that we had breakfast included. We showed them our confirmation and the manager came out and took a photo of the confirmation. He said, Give them a break. The comment made it sound like we were mistaken and he was doing us a favor.
