When we arrived, no one was really friendly, no one asked if we needed help with our luggage (four people, two suitcases each), the room was very dirty - I have photos of it to show. We had to ask for water and bathing slippers downstairs; in a four-star hotel they have to be in the room. When checking out the lady didn't even say goodbye. that was our first and last stay. In our bathroom there were towels hanging over the toilet and one had big brown stains on it that looked like ***, no apology given for that. When we arrived our bathroom was dirty, I mentioned it in the lobby. The housekeeper then came in our room and laughed and said that the stains on the stainless steel were oxidized stains. Afterwards she only discreetly removed the large stains in the bathtub. Curtain in the bathtub is made of fabric with stains - very unhygienic. You can hear what the person next to you in the hotelroom is talking about (we heard all of his conversations loudly in the evening) - at the valet service the employees are not attentive and unfriendly - "there's a lot going on right now, but you can just walk to the car yourself to get something out because we had ordered the car because we had forgotten to get some things out. is this how you treat customers? Parking is very expensive! $82 including tax PER DAY. I would rather stay in the hotels next door where the service is much better.
