    ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT
    Everything!! First off, and before our arrival, the hotel quickly replied to our questions within the day, and helped us to get to Bellagio from Milan. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with water and directed to our room in the top floor. The room is spacious and beds were comfortable. Location: the hotel is in the heart of Bellagio, easily accessible, 5-10min walk from the ferry port. Staff: very nice personnel, always smiling and happy to help. They were very attentive to our needs and requests. Breakfast was great. Overall, the hotel and its staff exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend to our entourage, and would definitely stay again if I have the chance to come back to Bellagio.

    Gorgeous, traditional quaint property in the heart of Bellagio.
    Gorgeous, traditional quaint property in the heart of Bellagio. Quiet, well placed hotel with comfortable, clean rooms and lovely, helpful staff. Good breakfast with views of Lake Como from room and terrace. Excellent restaurants next door. Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful part of the world especially watching an electrical storm through the windows from the comfort of our bed!

    Excellent & clean hotel with great location
    Location near ferry station, cleanliness, staff attitude especially Elizabeth at the reception, calmness, family feeling the owners give you and the continuous smiles.
    Small bathroom and closet in room but its not something major, we managed it for 3 nights.
