Superb

A nice place to stay in Lugano

The room was super clean, the bed was comfy, we had a great sleep. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located. The breakfast offer was quite rich (Just bear in mind that it is the Italian one, so mostly sweet things). We stayed for one night and after high season, though. I probably would look for a bigger room if I was about to stay in Lugano for longer holiday.

I have No idea what to complain about (and I usually dont have that problem.

Nice location to explore Lugano walking

The location is good, a nice walk to the historical center and very close to the lake side.

There was a strange smell most of the time, I assume it is a result of a detergent used

A pleasant stay.

Breakfast was excellent with good spread - one of highlights of our stay. The room was comfortable with air-conditioning, which is much welcome for the hot summer days.

We had arrived at the hotel before 6pm and expected check-in by staff as stated in the website. Instead we had to do it ourselves with key and code provided outside hotel door. A bit confused with the process initially but we understood soon enough.

Super nice

The position was close to the park and 5min from the bus station that takes you to the train station. The staff was nice, the room clean and modern. TV had international programs.

The breakfast was a bit poor. Reception was not 24/7.
