The directions I received from the hotel to get from the public water taxi stop at St Mark's Square to the hotel were excellent. We found the hotel easily. The breakfast had lots of options and the coffee was great. The location was great.

Superb

Excellent choice in the center of Venice

Comfortable bed, cozy and quiet room, bathroom perfectly equipped. Excellent location (only 12 min to Piazza San Marco). Very professional and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good with different options of healthy food, fruit, bread... We will repeat next time that we visit Venice.

One of the rooms was quite small. The others were perfect.
