    Good stay. In the city center.
    Staff members are friendly and very helpful. Good location, historic center is within walking distance. Reasonable breakfast.
    Facilities are old and require a bit of maintenance. Windows were impossible to close. Air conditioning wasn't working. The bathroom needed some repairs too.

    Nice stay in warm autumn Palermo
    A classic hotel in a classic building on the main street of Palermo. Location on the fourth floor with a comfortable elevator that is operated intuitively. Good value for money. An undisturbed and hassle-free stay.
    no comments. Everything was appropriate.

    Fantastic location.Friendly helpful staff.Quiet and very safe.Very good breakfast.The place has a 3-4 star standard.And since I have been there several times over the years I can say that it is consistent.That is why it is always my first choice when it is available

    Location, near Stazione Centrale and very close to Quatri Canti, Marqueda Street, Pretoria fountain and a lot of other cultural and historical attractions. The room was clean and we had a great view of the city from our balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

    Okay but no more.
    We wanted a place for 2 nights that was an easy walk from the train/bus station. It was a walk of about 4 small blocks. It fulfilled our basic needs.
    This is a very old building, just like most buildings in the old part of Palermo. I guess the negatives are 1) many homeless people on the sidewalk outside the hotel. 2) sleeping was difficult because location on a busy street, and the garbage truck emptied dumpsters in the alleyway just below our window between 1am and 2am., and the windows are single pane and the exterior door to the balcony no longer fits the door frame. We would not stay here again. In fact were so appalled by the garbage and dog excrement on the streets and sidewalks that we couldn't get out of Palermo quick enough.

    A great place to stay in an amazing city.
    Excellent location. Only a few minutes' walk from the railway station, and about 20 minutes walk to the cathedral and other tourist sites. The staff were all friendly. Our room was large and clean. There was a good selection of food for breakfast.
    The WiFi in our room was rather unreliable, but this was not a major problem.

    Breakfast good, location excellent
    The rooms at the front are very very noisy, the traffic noise is really bad. .avoid rooms 8, 9, and 10
