    I liked the location in the middle of city center. It is clean, friendly staff. Close to many monuments.

    Great stay, amazing value for money, perfect location, superb breakfast.
    The breakfast was really great. We appreciated having a balcony that overlooked a quiet area. The location of the hotel is superb.
    The layout of the room was a bit strange, but nothing to take away from our great stay at this hotel.

    Great location, very comfortable and spotlessly clean.
    The Conde Duque was excellently located, just a few minutes walk from the Guggenheim and convenient to restaurants, shops etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. Vending machines were located on several floors for cold drinks and snacks. The property was very clean and the beds very comfortable.
    There were computer issues when I was checking in which took some time to fix (room keys couldn't be assigned). I would have like a kettle and a fridge but these don't seem to be "a thing" in Spanish hotels.
