Exceptional

Lovely hotel with great staff and free parking! Walking distance to all attractions of Whitstable.

Lovely location, very clean hotel, lovely staff and breakfast was amazing! Also great that you can park for free too. My room was nice and clean with a nice outdoor terrace, only downside was it was a bit small but this did not affect our stay.

Lovely stay

The check in staff are the worse thing about this hotel, this is my second stay and the lady on the front desk is unhelpful and quite rude. The hotel and fisherman's huts are great once you are past check in

The check in experience is the worse thing, we managed to laugh it off this time as knew what to expect

Disappointing

Near the seafront and the high street

The room was described as balcony. It was but it overlooked a car park. I shouldnt have assumed it was seaview it could have been made more clear. The room was absolutely tiny. And not that clean
