    Good value hotel in city centre
    Excellent location right in the centre of Canterbury. Good continental breakfast with lots of choice. Lounge and bar available.
    Single room was small and fairly basic - but reasonable value for money overall.

    Excellent location for Canterbury Cathedral and the centre of Canterbury
    Parking is a short walk away. I'd make sure I had wheels on my case next time!

    If you got a problem with your stay you may as well not say anythingcos no one will resolve it for you!
    I have used this hotel a number of times and always enjoyed my stay. Great situation in the middle of the city.
    The room I booked was a small double but I usually book a twin double room. This was my mistake. I accept that but I asked if I could upgrade and the receptionist said they couldnt as I booked through booking. Com. I then tried to contact booking.com to explain my wife was suffering with claustrophobia and the room and toilet was way too small. I got no response and nothing back from booking.com. The phone number provided was back to the receptionist. She wasnt able to help me at all! Not the best experience at the time!

    Location location Absolutely marvelous location for everything we needed. We always come to Canterbury once a year in our motorhome but decided that this year we would hotel, not disappointed.

Impeccable service, from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive staff throughout, sets the tone for a truly exceptional experience. The elegantly designed rooms offer a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication, while the hotel's amenities, including an in-house bar and breakfast elevate the overall stay. Room was very clean and warm with a very nice view. Location was top notch , right at the heart of the city with just a 7 mins walk away from Canterbury West station and around 10 mins walk away from Canterbury bus station from where you can take the bus to anywhere in Canterbury.

    It was little difficult initially to handle the key which was fine afterwards.. They do not have a flexible handheld showerhead in the bathroom which makes it little inconvenient for some people.
