    Enjoyed our one night stay in Condesa.
    Clean, spacious rooms with a friendly staff. Continental style breakfast and made to order eggs and chilaquiles. Super delicious!
    The hotel is clean yet a bit sterile. It lacked character.

    The staff was very attentive. Comfortable beds and plenty of places where to eat at walking distance. Got 3 separate rooms for family members and we all agreed that it was a great choice to stay. Will stay again.

    Ok hotel, but really overpriced.
    Very clean, spacious rooms, lovely balcony.
    Facilities seem too cold and bare. For1,300 a night I wouldve expected someone to carry my bag to my room at least, not to mention not having to call for a hair dryer. There is no food other than at breakfast; only drinks. In general, a good hotel, but certainly overpriced.

    Great hotel, staff, and location.
    The staff was very friendly and caring. There were language barriers as I don't speak their language, but we worked well getting our communication through. The hotel was extremely clean.

    Good location. Helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.
    We were happy with our choice of hotel. The location in Condesa turned out to be very convenient -- there are shops, cafes, and restaurants very close by but it is not so crowded. We mainly used Uber to get to other areas and that worked out fine. Our room was a good size and was clean and well maintained. We didn't have any issues with noise and so slept well but there were not many guests when we visited so your experience may be different if you travel at peak times. Breakfast was fine -- you can get something freshly prepared or just have toast/cereal. Staff were very helpful which I appreciated a lot -- I arrived at 5am after an 11hr flight and the security guard just handed me my key so I could crash in bed right away.

    We didn't have any issues and I would stay there again. It will help you if you can speak a bit of Spanish but if not, I suggest you keep Google translate handy for any complicated questions.

    I was blessed to go to Mexico City for my cousins wedding. Everyone had a fabulous time!
    The hotel was very nice. The upstairs bar was very nice when it was opened. The staff was very friendly and helpful, when they could understand you. Most of the staff did not speak English. Outside of all the things I did not like, seeing family and being a part of my cousins wedding was the most important thing and I was blessed to have been a part of it!
    Most of the staff did not speak any English. On the website, it shows a restuarant. It was not clear the restuarant was only open for breakfast. If you didn't know you could ask them to cook you eggs, you would never know. The bar was not open everyday. The view from my balcony was a major disappointment. Before I forget, if you have knee issues, hip or back problems, the entrance is like a ramp to get up and thru the door and then there are stairs on top of that to get to the front desk.

    Great location, bring ear plugs if light sleeper.
    All the staff are helpful but Juliana is the best, she helped with booking day trips then unfortunately cancelling for us, giving advise when I was feeling sick & even walking with us as we left. Friday market outside the hotel was good although a bit noisy when setting up.
    Noise from the bar across the street & traffic.
