    Amazing stay!
    Everything was just perfect. The staff is amazing and the private parking is perfect.
    It was not possible to change the temperature in the room. Too hot for me, but its just me being sensitive to heat. I only slept 1 night so I didnt bother, but I am absolutely sure that the staff would have helped if would have called!!!!

    The hotel is very good for location to the city Naples, staff very helpfull and professional, the room very clean bar and breakfast good. Nothing to complain about 100% recommended.

    Memorable, comfortable and enjoyable
    Excellent location, 5 minute walk to local trains and 2 mins to a supermarket, excellent eating places right across and great breakfast. They gave us a super packed breakfast at 5 AM in the morning during early checkout. New property and well maintained.

    We liked our stay at this hotel.
    As we travel a lot, about once a month somewhere in Europe, I always look for a hotel with good reviews. I will start with the only negative thing that happened and afterwards only pozitives. Hotel charged me 109 on the arrival day( half of the full price without city tax). They said that this is what happens, and I will get the money back in 20 days or so. Is like a deposit or something similar and I still had to pay 218, which was the full price without city tax. So now Im waiting to get the money back. It never happened to me before (and as I said, I travel a lot), to be charged a certain deposit plus the entire amount. Pozitive - 20 minutes away from center by train or metro, I still didnt figure it out what that train was. Naples public transportation was a bit of a headache for us. But as for the hotel, clean, comfortable, the air conditioning was working properly, wifi was okish at 6th floor. Staff professional, helpful. The check out was until 12pm so plenty of time to wake up. They let us leave our bags in their deposit room until evening. So for two nights, was really good. I recommend it. Enjoy your trip in Naples.
