    The room and inside room facility was much better than older time. excess than my expectation.
    The lift is too small and slow. we travelled with 12 people and wait for the lift to go up almost 20 minutes till everyone can enter to the room.

    Very poor sound insulation. I can hear the talking and children screaming from other rooms/ the corridor very often. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is ok.

    Breakfast was good.
    My laptop got missing from the Hotel Room. Very little help was extended to me to locate the same. No CCTVs in the lobby to check the access to the rooms. The hotel staff enters room even if the the request to clean the room is not made.

    Great hotel!
    Staff are excellent! Rooms comfortable. Location was very close to Interlaken West. Some construction nearby but not a problem. Easy walkability. Loved the Brita water bottle filler in the lobby.

    The hotel looks a bit old.
    The location was close to the train station and buses.
    The bathroom is very small, and the ceiling is low. The room wasnt enough clean. The breakfast coffe was horrible, and the variety of pastries was poor.

    The food ran out in a lot of the containers especially the hot food. It wasnt topped up fast enough. Staff couldnt keep up with it. So a lot of the time things were empty.

    The only downside were rooms have no aircon, therefore extremely hot during summer.
