    Very nice location, friendly personal, clean, close to all main points, free WiFi
    We were proposed a room with awful smell of cigarettes in old building. After we complained they changed the room. New building is much better.

    The family suite is huge and beds are comfortable. Staff at reception are very helpful and friendly and offer us very good guidance to where we could visit for each day. Morning breakfast is very complete too with eggs, ham and cheese, fruits and fruit juices and many different types of breads.
    Lightings a bit dim in the apartment and heaters in the rooms all not working. Quite cold in the nights for us.

    This is literally the worst hotel weve stayed at. Its really old, room in photos and room in reality are two different things. Ill attach some real photos so you can see the room with its bad lighting and depressing furniture. Also, the lobby in the hotel/restaurant itself are old and for this price I expected waaaay more. No omelette/sausages for breakfast, only lots of bread, fruits, boiled eggs, and oatmeal.

    A pleasant hotel right in city center, with lots of amenities nearby.
    It has a nice but simple breakfast, that had a few vegan options. The wait staff were super attentive, friendly and provided a nice start to our day. We were greeted each time we entered and exited the hotel. The location is nice because its close to major public transport, shopping and tourist locations.
    They charge per night for pets, which wasnt in the booking description. There is no fridge so it was difficult to have snacks and leftovers available. The curtains dont close all the way so they room has constant light coming in from the streets. We got a double bed but by the second night there was a large crevice between the mattress that sucks you in.

    Great location in the heart of Luzern
    This hotel is in a fantastic location just a few minutes walk from the lake and old town so you'll have a great choice of restaurants and shops on your doorstep. The train station is also just a 10 minute walk away. The staff were very nice and friendly.
    The building is old and a little run down but the room is fine for a night or two and it also had a bathtub which was great. All in all good value for money in this location.
