I had an exceptional experience with their service. The river taxi was a unique touch, and the staff's assistance with luggage was greatly appreciated. Upon arrival at the hotel, we received a warm greeting. The location, nestled among old buildings in central Venice, added to the charm. The rooms were impeccably clean and remarkably quiet. Perfect Stay in Venice!

Great location, modern, comfortable and clean, the breakfast was perfect and had a variety of things. Excellent stay. The staff were wonderful and helpful. This is a highly recommended hotel.

Had a great stay. Loved the location, the staff, and the shower (large and spacious).

The location was great. We had a room with a view to the Grand Canal. The staff was very nice, recommending restaurants which were very good.

Room was a bit small.

Alex at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my date change was accommodated. Wonderful service staff and food.

They need a topper on the twins pushed together to make a queen. The sections separated while in the bed.
