Very good

Great hotel for a winter ski vacation. Walking distance to the city skilift and ski bus shuttle.

Breakfast and dinner buffets were great. Friendly staff and a great spa (indoor and outdoor pools and sauna).

Wifi wouldn't connect and they were not able to fix it during my stay. There was Wifi in the lobby area but it was slow.

Pleasant hotel near by centre and nature

Nice family hotel, close to city centre and 30min by walk to the cable car. The varied breakfast, good also for vegan. Very nice friendly staff.

maybe it will be good to replace the furniture in the room with more modern one (we stayed in the main building)

Nice hotel with modern rooms and spa.

Very nice room, view could be better but we got a free upgrade. The breakfast had a very nice view of cute little goats, the food was nice. The spa was also very nice.

Nice, quiet location, in a very cozy and clean hotel!

Overall, we really enjoyed this hotel! We are a family of 5 and we stayed in the new part of the hotel. We had a room with 3 twin beds for the kids, a pull out sofa bed and a double bed. We had plenty of space and the room and bathrooms were very modern and updated and clean. We faced the back of the hotel which is the hillside where donkeys, sheep, goats and chickens graze! It was so charming and relaxing to watch the animals on the hill. It's a very quiet location. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the family spa. The food was also delicious! Our kids loved the buffet and so did we. One aspect that really made our stay special is that the owners have their dog in the hotel! My kids LOVED petting and playing with the dog. It just made it feel like a family-run hotel.

The only drawbacks to this facility are that it's a bit far from Zell am See for young children to walk. For older children and adults, it's totally fine - about 1 kilometer. So we drove and parked at the Hallenbad to get to Zell am See. We would've given this hotel 5 stars if there was more for kids to do there. Unfortunately, it rained the entire time we were there. We would've love to have had a room where the kids could play board games, or maybe an indoor playground, or a covered playground outside. There is a playground outside, but it's not covered.

Room was not that bed. Stuff at reception was very polite.

Matresses were uncomfortable. Frigo in the room didn't work. Breakfast didn't' meet expectation at all for the price that we paid. Everything seemed to be very cheap..from cheese..ham..etc. One lady from stuff at breakfast was very rude, there should be better communication between reception and stuff at breakfast so that stuff at breakfast always have the last list of guests.

Nice and clean room, got bigger room than booked, nice view of the close mountain and sea side view

Breakfast could be better, empty food should be renewed faster, the food (eggs, pancakes..) is very cold and not fresh, the closest mountain is full of animals that can be noisy in the early morning, there is flies and mosquitoes entering from the opened window
