    Nice friendly hotek
    The room was decent and the staff were nice too.
    No WiFi signal received in our room. There was a cable outside our window that kept tapping all day and night.

    The receptionist was delightful. The decor was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect for Brittany Ferries port
    Parking was not as good as expected, although this was nothing to do with the hotel. The road outside was having work completed so my car was parked quite a walk from the hotel.

    Good hotel
    Well presented hotel on the eastern edge of St. Malo. Secure bike storage. 15 minute cycle to the ferry. Modernised rooms of good quality, and a pleasant lounge area on ground floor for free tea and coffee.

    Really enjoyed our stay, the location, staff and breakfast
    - Location: its on the far side from the Saint-Malo fortress, but the seaside promenade is extremely nice, and the beach is very close. The bus to Cancale is only 2 blocks away; - The staff was excellent and really attentive and accommodating to me and my little daughter, thank you very much! - Great garden inside; - The breakfast was delicious; - There is a couple of really nice restaurants nearby (the Breton pancake place is just excellent) and a small convenience store
    - Our bathroom was a bit worn off, and the room was on the sunny side (great for winter, less so for a heatwave) - but there is a ventilator. And frankly, great value for money, even during the high season

    It was very convenient for catching a ferry. Convenient for nearby places to eat. And it was very clean.
    I booked an ensuite room so I expected to have bathroom and toilet connected. Although I had private toilet and shower facilities they were down the corridor and I had to take 2 keys to access them plus a torch at night. I was not happy with this arrangement and not happy with booking.com.

    The Eden hotel is adequate enough for a one night stay and cannot be faulted for cleanliness..
    The double room was very clean and there is free public parking. Large and comfortable double bed.
    Steep stairs to climb to second floor room and no help with luggage. Breakfast is not open until 08.15 making it tight for the 09.30 Brittany Ferry crossing to Portsmouth check in.
