Superb

Excellent location with pleasant and well trained staff provided a very good introduction to Bogota.

Very helpful and pleasant staff, well located.

The breakfast selection was good but the cooked food was somewhat dry.

Good

It was nicely located and the room was very spacious, the stuff was accommodating and helped us out with any issues that we had.

The first room that we got to smelled really damp and was hot, the AC was obviously off before we got there. We turned it on but it didn't do anything to lower the temperature.

I PAID IN HOTEL FOR THE DATE THAT I STAYED AT 11/10/2023 AND NOW I RECEIVE 2 ADDITION CHARGES FROM THE SAME ADDRES FOR DATE 11/14/2023 AND 1/11/2023. I LEFT COUNTRY AT 11/11/2023.

Location

The restaurant is expensive and small portions. breakfast should include omelettes without Paying extra money. Somebody gave me flowers and I asked for a vase to the reception people and they were not able to get any type of vase for me and then my flowers died quickly.
