Room was nice and clean, walking distance to all turistic place in city downtown, amazing breakfast, kind staff

soundproofing was not good, noise from street and from internal corridor was a bit disturbing

Highly recommend! Great location and space.

Lovely Czech hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location- most places walkable. Tram and subway close. Breakfast was generous and had good variety of hot and cold options. Staff happy to help organise transport and additional activities.

Very poor

The property was old and needs updating to be modern standard of many other European hotels. For the cost of this hotel, it was not worth the money.

The rooms were old and out dated. We had to be moved to 3 different rooms on arrival due to the smell of smoke in the first two rooms. The whole check-in process took close to an hour. We were not offered any kind of upgrade or reimbursement for our troubles. Very rarely do we complain but this was unacceptable.
