    One of the first hotel you will reach walking from the parking area (out of no car zone) to the town center.

    What a view!
    Very centrally located in Bellagio. Staff were helpful communicating with us prior to our arrival in our mini van. Breakfast was good. The highlight was the balcony and view from our room.
    The lift is a bit small. Realise that parking in Bellagio requires a bit of effort to find a spot.

    Perfect location and comfortable getaway in Bellagio.
    Amazing & gorgeous location in Bellagio, close to amenities, restaurants, and wine bars. Nice breakfast selection on the ground floor.
    No complimentary water or tea/coffee making facilities.

    Beautiful town and hotel. Worth the parking trouble.
    Central location
    Difficulty parking. there is no parking except for the city parking lot and street parking which can be far away depending on how busy it is. Difficult to drop your luggage off because it is in a no car zone.

    Great location, beautiful building, some improvements required
    Excellent location, on the lakefront in Bellagio. Staff were very helpful. The building is beautiful and could be really stunning with some development. The room and bed were comfortable and clean.
    The curtain in our door didn't fully cover the window, letting light in in the morning. The room was quite small. The coffee at the breakfast buffet was very disappointing.

    Fantastic location, comfy and value for money
    Amazing location and we had a balcony with view across the lake. Restaurant across the road is owned by hotel and you can get a drink to take back to your room! Decor dated but charming. Breakfast extensive and was fine.
    Pool is not open which we didnt mind but this should be communicated better in case this is key to your stay.
