    The first approach of the counter person was good.I liked the cleanliness of the room at first instance. Hot water was available at all times, lighting in the room was fine.Location also was fine
    But in late night,I was not able to sleep comfortably as the cot was making unbearable noises and itching due to non cleanliness of the bed sheet provided. Horrible experience. Also I understood that the counter person was not interested in settling the bills of the customer and paying the balance amount to them.
