    Stayed in different rooms over 2 nights, first night was exceptional. Second night room smelt smoky
    Great location. Beds were comfy and a great size. Room was great, nice big bathroom and shower.
    Our room smelt like stale cigarette smoke when we arrived.. had to air it out and leave window open.

    A great location with the added bonus of the market across the road!
    Parking was available next door. Room was spacious, with an excellent shower.
    All the pillows were of a similar height/hardness - a bit uncomfortable!

    It's a central location and walking distance to good restaurants.
    The foyer leads you to believe the rooms will be nice and luxurious but they are seriously dated. While the bathroom looked new-ish, the 'modern' shower of having half glass meant water everywhere. Service on check out was rude and unprofessional by the duty manager no less, with him entering into a back and forth with me about my pre payment (payment was made prior and confirmed upon check in). A complaint was made to them about it but no reply. Breakfast is very much not worth the cost of it and there are cafes and a farmers market nearby where you'd get more for your money.

    location is great however check in staff service was very terrible that did not meet with so high price hotel at all
    the room was allocated next to electrical lift / elevators with very noise all days , and room was very dirty , more crazy fact was we were charged $50 as deposit , need to refunded within same day after checking out , however they did NOT refund us after 2days past ... even we was told car parking fee to be charged while checking out in fact we were given free park permit ! why so obviously fraud sense ! so baleful service !
