Location is so good, so near to JR and subway stations and malls around

Room trash a bit small, an ironing table occupied the room space, I would suggest this could be keep away and request upon by guest only if they need it

There was no air-conditioning in the room on the first night I checked in. On the second day, the hotel arranged to change to the same room but on a different floor, and there was still a problem with the air-conditioning system! However, the hotel did not provide any compensation for the incident on the first night

Very good

Small cozy room with good location.

Easy access to amenities like restaurants, transport, shopping and so on. The view is nice. We are able to see the stations below and mountains beyond. we are able to see the sunrise and sunset. We like the heated toilet seat and anti fog mirror. We also like the chairs in the room. As we booked 2 rooms side by side, we can have everyone seated in the room nicely. The rooms are kept cleaned and neat everyday.

One of the rooms, the bath tub water was brownish. We dared not use the bath for soaking for the 7days we stayed there.

Would definitely recommend n come back again .

Although it is an established hotel with many years of operation, the cleanliness is top top & excellent. Good breakfast & the chef at egg station & roasted meat too so much pride to plate each dishes perfectly impressed with their professionalism. All staff at lobby to restaurant will very polite in greeting very good location to move out to places with train station below n lots of food n dept stores around
