    Surprise fees when leaving would of stayed somewhere else closer to town and better quality for the price and the pictures make it seem that its on the beach not the case

    A gem in Pietresanta
    Staff for evening who checked us in was accommodating and professional. Sarah of morning shift was great! She made sure we checked in late and made our check out really comfortable. Location is perfect as it is so near the beach. Would come back again.
    Only downside is the noise from the cars on the street (seaview).

    Clean, comfortable and very well located close to the beach. Plenty of free parking. A really good choice of continental breakfast items. Friendly and helpful staff members.

    Breakfast was good, big variety of pasteries. Though no scrambled eggs and bacon or any other warm food.
    Bathroom was really tiny and old-fashioned. Too bad they do not present any pictures of the bathroom when you book. They should remove the bidee - there would have been more room for the toilet. Positive it was clean. The hotel has good location - beach right over the street. Too bad you can not use the beach chairs or go to swim there as all the beach is private. The hotel should make a deal with some beach club over the street, though their customers could enjoy the beach and pool. If this not possible they should give the link on the booking where to book the beach chairs in advance.
