Very good

Comfortable and well located hotel

Room comfort and cleanliness were good. Location near the sea was very good and received a warm welcome. Breakfast was good with a few hot items too.

The parking at the hotel is a paid extra, something I wasn't clear on when booked. They kindly gave me a free night and then I parked on the street nearby. Wifi strength in my room was a little weak, but speed was good.

Located seconds from the promenade with all the bars, shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and caring.

We arrived in the evening and soon discovered problems with water pressure, initially didn't make much of it but the following day it turned out to be a big issue affecting the whole floor. Staff tried their best to fix it however it was frustrating having to use a room on a different floor just to shower (still with very weak pressure). On our last night, they left us a lovely note and a bottle of wine to apologise for the inconvenience, which was a nice gesture however being unable to shower easily (or even wash our hands) did affect our stay therefore would not risk to recommend this place.
