    Great value for price in a city that is expensive.
    The room is very comfortable in all aspects. The lighting, the television, the bed (I was alone, but it's really big and soft and clean). For the price, it was really worth it, beating every hostel possibility, considering also the location. The staff is really nice and solved issues pretty fast. I believe they have a 24 hour possibility of ordering food, which can be helpful, even though there are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around. The check out hour at 12:00 is also a great adding. Pretty sure it is one of the best Ibis around Europe.

    Whenever I'll go to Lisboa, Ill go to this hotel
    Quiet plase, nice room, esay to any transport, great location, groceries store very close, laundry close.
    The rooms doesn't have closet, so your clothes will be exposed all time and the mattress isn't properly secure so he use to move during the night

    Wonderful employee at the front desk
    First of all, I would like to thank most kindly the wonderful staff at the front desk, namely, the dark young gentleman who manned the front desk from 7AM at 22nd October Sunday, the day of my departure. I had caught a nasty stomach flu on previous days and was in terrible shape, but the gentleman helped me wonderfully, by smartly recommending the most suitable hospital possible and help with the taxi, making sure the driver knew where to go. That really saved me and I recovered enough to be able to make my flight. He also guided me where was close and open to buy the prescription on Sunday. And also helped with the transporation to the airport, which was difficult because there was some kind of traffic trouble that day. He went above and beyond and was kind and most efficient and smart, I cannot commend him highly enough. Really a wonderful professional hotel staff and kind and intelligent person. I'm sorry that I needed time to recover back home and then influenza and make-up hectic work and I'm writing this now. Because I did want to write long thorough comments which did some justice to the wonderful service. The hotel was also very nice, with great breakfast, and very clean, spacious rooms, with excellent and friendly cleaning staff.

    Good, but having stayed at Ibis hotels elsewhere, we felt the room standard fell short this time.
    The reception staff during our stay was very customer oriented, helpful, well trained and welcoming. There was a convenient and safe parking garage located in the hotel basement. The breakfast buffet and catering was excellent. The lobby and musical theme during our stay was very creative and pleasant. Two subway stations are within walking distance.
    The double room was cramped and no closet to hang anything like a jacket, with short studs for hooks on the wall that didnt suffice for hanging things up, even a hat at times. Only one chair for the table meant two couldnt sit in the double room, and having no kettle is an outright downer for a big city and after a long days walking tour. The bathroom door latch was stuck and knob wouldnt turn, and only one thin pillow per person in each double room. In summary, for the size, design and overall comfort, the stay wasnt entirely restful, especially for the room rate.

    It's time to renovate our room a bit. The smell on the floor and in the room is not good, some ventilation problems. It's good that I can open a window in a room.
